I had someone lined up to close my pool last fall (not Bonsall). They showed up and said they couldn’t close the pool because I didn’t have it drained below the jets. They never told me that I needed to do that and the last company had given me special tubes so that I didn’t need to drain it down. When they called to reschedule they said it would be another 6 weeks! It would have been an ice rink by then. I then called Bonsall. They were wonderful!!! They scheduled me within a week, told me what I needed to do for them that day and charged me a little less than the last company. I am so glad that Bonsall closed my pool. I am kicking myself for not using them all along. I was told that they were pricey but that is NOT the case. I should have called and found out for myself years ago instead of going by one person’s opinion.They are fair and comparable and with the great service and knowledgeable people it is a win all around. Thanks Bonsall!! I will see you in the spring to reopen the pool.
